And you were right. I don’t know if it was the seasoning or the salsa but OMG, these tacos were insane. I followed the recipe to the letter and the flavor was perfect. I’d never used grapefruit in a salsa but it turned out earthy but also citrusy and totally delightful. These truly are the best shrimp tacos of my life. (I think they could be easily cooked in a skillet on the stove as well!)

I made it all stovetop using an all clad skillet for the shrimp and a roasting grate over a burner for the tortillas. I made twice the marinade. I added red chili flakes to the shrimp.
