Grilled Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

for the chicken: -   chicken breast  –arugula – shallot – lemons for the marinade: - parsley - shallot – garlic – honey – plain greek yogurt

INGREDIENTS:

1. Make the marinade by blending everything together in a blender.

2. Pour the marinade over chicken and sit marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

3. When ready to make, season both sides with lots of salt and pepper.

4. Grill on each side for about 5 minutes per side.

5. Top with arugula, then sprinkle over sliced shallot and shaved parmesan.

6. Drizzle olive oil over arugula, then add salt + pepper. Eat!
