I want to make 2 to bring into work. Since it is described as custard like I’m assuming I will not be able to get it off of the bottom of the spring form pan. Will have to bring it ON that? Just trying to figure out. . . . I have 2 spring form pans of different sizes. May have to play with the baking time. Wishing I could get it off the metal bottom in order to bake the 2nd one in the same size. Could I bake in a regular cake pan using a parchment round on the bottom?

You could try swapping sour cream or plain greek yogurt, but we haven’t tested with these swaps!
