- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 cup roasted garlic hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mixed tomatoes (heirloom, cherry, and grape), sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon za’atar spice
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Toast your sourdough slices until golden brown.

Spread a generous layer of roasted garlic hummus on each slice.

Top with your medley of tomatoes. The variety in colors and shapes not only looks beautiful but also adds a range of flavors from sweet to slightly tangy.

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the tomatoes.
